All reservations made ahead of the check-in date should be cancelled 14 days before the check-in date during peak period and 5 days during off-peak periods.
A 25% deposit will only be refunded if reservations are cancelled within the given period. Deposits for reservations cancelled on the same day of the arrival will not be refunded.In addition, a deposit for accomodation for 1 day is the full cost for the room.
The apartment will reserve rooms for those guests who pay a deposit on the bookings. For those booking made without deposits, Island Inn may rent that room to any customer who pays for the same room before the pervious customer checks in.
For those reservations that are not cancelled within the stipulated date, the customer must pay a service charge of 50% of the total charge during peak periods and 40% during off-peak periods. A service charge of 30% is applicable for those guests who check into the apartment but decide against staying soon after.
